The MLM Matrix - A Fair Concept
The challenge active networkers face is that not all of their business partners are as active as the main players. It can lead to early demotivation, when the network growth is not as expected. With the MLM Matrix, the strong partners support weaker ones, and still benefit from their input. The weaker partners also benefit from the power and energy that their uplines develop.
- How a MLM Matrix works:
By definition, a matrix has a fixed width and usually also a defined depth until how deep commissions are paied.
The most common matrixes are defined as
5 x 10 - means, an organization 10 levels deep, with each partner getting 5 direct downloads
7 x 12 - means, an organization 12 levels deep, with each partner getting 7 direct downloads
12 x 8 - means, an organization 8 levels deep, with each partner getting 12 direct downloads
12 x 7 - means, an organization 7 levels deep, with each partner getting 12 direct downloads
If one partner has filled all his personal slots of i.e. 5 downline partners, all additional partners that are recruited are attached into the matrix one level lower, until this level is filled also, and then the partners are passed on one level deeper and so on.
For many networkers, an MLM matrix is not the right solution,
especially if you are planning on working real hard and building a good, strong organization of your own.
